Shipping  Policy

Shipment and Processing time 

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends but may arrive. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow three additional days in transit for deliveries. if there is a delay after the  three day period, please contact us.

 

Shipping rates and Delivery estimates

• Shipping rates will be charged, calculated, and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Failure to complete payment or pending payments may also result in a delay.

 

Damages 

• Venus Glamour is not responsible for any lost packages or damages that may occur after it is shipped.If you receive a damaged good, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
